The Illness Has Speedrun is a challenge in Death Wish Mode. In this one, you need to complete The Illness has Spread within 7 minutes.

Main Challenge[]
As stated before, this Death Wish requires the player to beat The Illness Has Speedrun in seven minutes. This requires the player to get through all the platforming as fast as they can, even a single mistake can have drastic effect on whether the Death Wish is finished or not.
If you have health to spare, jumping off the cliff immediately after destroying a flower will shorten the return trip.
Bonus Challenges[]
The two bonuses require the player to beat the stage but in even faster amounts of time. (each one being 30 seconds less) This can be an extremely hard task to do, and mistakes are even more drastic here.
