The Power Octopus is a large purple octopus that provides electricity for the cruise ship in Chapter 6. It has glowing yellow eyes and large purple tentacles that push and pull the levers on the machine it sits on. It seems friendly and warns Hat Kid about the dangers of the room. It also makes several electricity-related puns in its dialogue.
The Power Octopus serves no purpose other than being talked to.

- It can still be talked to during Rock the Boat, but has no new dialogue.
