Encore! Encore! is a challenge in Death Wish Mode, and is the first EX boss. In it, you must defeat the Mafia Boss, who's been all charged up.

Main Challenge[]
In this Death Wish, the player must battle the Mafia Boss once again, but with the difficulty increased. It takes longer for him to become vulnerable, all of his 'charge' attacks are quicker and harder to dodge, and overall, defeating him is a very difficult task to achieve.He takes 14 hits to defeat.
Bonus Challenges[]
The Death Wish's two bonuses add to the difficulty quite a bit. The first Death Wish requires the player to be quick every time the Mafia Boss is vulnerable, as he doesn't stay in this state for long. The second one requires the player to not take damage at all, which is an extremely hard task, since the attacks can be hard or near impossible to dodge at times.

Peace and Tranquility for this level can be enabled to make the level easier after a few deaths from the player. Enabling Peace and Tranquility will provide you with regular healing. Like for all Death Wishes with Peace and Tranquility, simply completing the level will give you all three stamps.
Trivia[]
- Apparently, the running gag of Mafia Boss trying to get a new body (Since you destroyed it) has come full circle, as Snatcher says that this is his new body.
- "Don't miss your cue to attack!" will fail if the Mafia Ball makes two complete passes across the stage, even though Mafia Boss will remain blue indefinitely.

- You can use the Ice Hat to avoid taking damage for 2 hits. In the fight you can use this to tank the last two spins of
