I think maybe they meet or you can add characters to the cast later on, although you can give them significant roles depending on what you think.

There definitely won’t be a sequel. I think the developers think the game is as good as it is, and are just keeping it. If a sequel does happen, I think the latest will be 2022-23

You’ll need every single time piece BEFORE the tour rift in order to access it. The time rift should be located next to telescope in the attic once you’ve gotten all the others.
