Been a long time since I posted lol

I absolutely LOVE a hat in time, I've been trying to get into other fandoms, but no success yet.

This is just a post about things in A Hat in Time that are too small to make individual posts about. (Or I came up with it a long time ago.)

Favorite Character

Mine is the Snatcher. I just like him and his toxic humor. Why did they have to nerf his laugh though...

Things Nerfed

1. The "Boop bop beep boop. Boop" in the end cutscene. It was cute though...

2. Snatcher's laugh. WHY!? It was so iconic, and now you can only hear it when you start a deathwish! :(

3. Ultra Snatcher. YES! Easier stamps for all!

Weird Thing

Why does a boss you struggle so much on become so easy after a while, even though you changed almost nothing about your strategy? For example, on Mustach Girl EX, I had a death count of over 350, and now I can beat it right here, right now without breaking a sweat.

Underrated

Dude, A Hat in Time is SO underrated! Sure, it has a boring(ish) start, but it is such a fun game and deserves more popularity

Out Of Bounds Glitch

If you go to the pillar and curtain nearest to your spawn in the hallway before the Mafia Boss, wall jump between them, and move toward the wall, you should go through the wall, and then you can skip the small battle right before the boss. Or, you can be careless and fall down underneath the map.

I've beaten all Deathwishes... exept the EX bosses. I just need to beat them, I'll do the bonuses later. Here's my current strats:

• Encore! Encore! (Mafia boss): Spin Attack: Jump over him untill second one finishes. Super Charge: Jump over regular shockwaves. Jump and dive through the gap between the Shockwave and the shock orb. Ultra Charge: Not encountered. Mega Charge: Not encountered. Sandbag 1: Stand under a sandbag that was deployed later, then jump over the Mafia and sandbag. Sandbag 2: No solid strat. Further Sandbags: Not encountered. "Frisbee Blade": Jump over blades until he is blue. Mafia Ball: Not encountered.

• Killing Two Birds (Conductor and DJ Grooves): Just act like there are two birds 😒. Still stuck though. Their attacks can mix nastily.

• Breaching the contract (Snatcher): Minion Swinging and Wave and Geyser: Go in middle and jump when wave reaches you. Potion 10, Potion 1000, and Potion 1: Mash dive button while moving. Pop-up Wave and Potions: No solid start. Geyser Attacks: Jump over waves and always avoid the circles. Others unknown.

• No More Bad Guys (Mustache Girl): It's just Mustache Girl with tweaks to her attacks.

So I'm not quite finished with the main game (I still need the twilight bell time piece and the boss fight for Alpine Skyline), but I hate twilight bell and had just unlocked Nyakuza Metro. So I was screwing around in the metro and was about to take a break and save when I look away for a few minutes. When I look back, the loading screen is mustache girl on a red screen. Obviously, this startled me, and I had no idea what was happening. Then the intruder alert played, and I realized that the cutscene where mustache girl breaks in your spaceship was happening. I just thought that was funny because I thought it wasn't supposed to happen until you completed Alpine Skyline. She basically kicked down my door, grabbed me by the shirt collar and said "finish the game you procrastinating moron".

Here's some fanart i made a while back, i've only done art of hat kid and vanessa so far but i'm thinking of doing some of mustache girl or maybe snatcher sometime in the future, these were posted on my arts and OCs amino account (i go by VixinTrix on there) before they were posted on here so if you've seen these before, i did not steal them!
