Honestly, i think the whole vanessa incident would have been a lot worse if the prince had managed to escape before he started becoming snatcher, because vanessa would have realized he was gone, and started looking for him, freezing everything in her path, and the prince would have probably got frozen, too.

I feel really bad for the poor guy.
